10:15 -10:45 – Plenario de bienvenida, reencuentro y motivación.
Resumen de lo alcanzado hasta ahora, integración y bienvenida de las personas nuevas.
10:45-12:00 – ESENCIA
El grupo de trabajo de Esencia presenta su propuesta.
12:00-12:30 – Descanso
12:30 – 14:00 – CUIDADOS
Se trabajará en grupos paralelos las siguientes temáticas:
Sentires durante y tras la COP. ¿Qué problemas identificamos, qué queremos seguir haciendo, y qué queremos mejorar?
Relación con Extinction Rebellion
Dinámicas de poder (género, perspectiva de personas blancas ,personas liberadas…)
14:00-15:30 – Comida
15:30 – 15:45 – Dinámica de vuelta al trabajo
15:45 – 18:00 – VISIÓN
De la esencia, manteniendo los cuidados, a la visión. Elaboraremos un calendario, hablaremos del marco estratégico, estableceremos objetivos. Si da tiempo, se presentarán propuestas de diferentes grupos para la 3a ola.
18:00 – 18:30 – Descanso
18:30 – 20:30 – TERCERA OLA
Se concretan las fechas y las propuestas presentadas en Visión y Calendario. Si no ha dado tiempo, se presentan aquí. Debatimos y decidimos.
21:00 – Cena + Fiesta

El grupo de trabajo de Estructura presenta su propuesta, se debate. Se crean las comisiones y las personas se anotan en alguna(s) comisión(es).
11:00 – 12:00 – TRABAJO EN COMISIONES
Cada comisión se reúne para conocerse y establecer las primeras líneas de trabajo.
12:00-12:30 – Descanso
12:30 – 13:30 – FINANCIACIÓN
Se establecerán protocolos de cómo actuar cuando haya una necesidad económica, cómo pedir financiación a coordinación ibérica (hojas de petición, por ejemplo)…
13:30 – 14:00 – ESPACIO ABIERTO DE ASUNTOS PENDIENTES
14:00-15:30 – Comida + Celebración

El diálogo entre 2020 y grupos locales es el viernes a las 17:00. Si podéis, estaría muy bien que llegarais a Barcelona para este encuentro. Durante la semana os pasaremos más información.
El viernes a las 19:00 será el acto público abierto con intervenciones y presentación de 2020 (ver cartel adjunto). La idea es conocer las diferentes situaciones y ahondar en estrategias de lucha y resistencia incorporando miradas del Sur Global en contextos muchos más tensionados que el nuestro.
Para el sábado y el domingo, las comisiones siguen trabajando para profundizar en el detalle de cada sesión.
